Terms of Service

Kings Creation Digital Solution is a digital studio based in Nairobi, Kenya. We sell laptops, accessories and software, and we deliver branding, design, web development, management systems and digital marketing services. By using this site, ordering or engaging our services you accept these terms.

Prices on the site are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and shown as “from” prices where a service is scoped per project. A written quote confirms the exact price before work begins.

Hardware prices can change with supplier stock — the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.

Our shop sells new, refurbished and pre-owned items. The condition of each unit is stated on its product page and on your order confirmation — refurbished and pre-owned units are tested and graded before sale.

Orders are placed via WhatsApp, the site cart or directly in store. Payment is by M-Pesa or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

Service projects begin on a deposit agreed in the quote, with the balance due on delivery. Hardware is released on full payment.

Hardware is delivered by courier or collected in person. Service timelines are agreed in your quote — they depend on how quickly content, assets and feedback come back, and we’ll always flag early if a timeline moves.

For service projects you agree to provide accurate information, the content and assets needed, and timely feedback within the agreed number of revisions.

On full payment, ownership of final deliverables — artwork, source files and code built for you — transfers to you, and you receive the editable files.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Concepts not selected remain ours.

Affiliate commissions are earned on qualifying sales as described on the affiliate page, and are paid out on the schedule shown in the partner portal.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are handled in Kenyan courts — but we always try to resolve things with you directly first.
